Scam Scam Scam Away from Fxvv.com when i make resign from this company as my clients was not happy due to not paid on time so after my resign they steal my money $1300 even my profit share plus trade commission i am scared this company can run away as not registered and not regulated…….

    • john says:

No doubt that they are running some sort of Ponzi Scheme to steal people’s money. Not only do they close winning accounts but FXVV steals these initial funding capital. No reasons are cited. License to steal. Someone should shut and arrested these guys.

  2. pham says:

Do think twice before you open and continue trading with FXVV. Early Feb of this year, I opened 3 accounts testing out 3 strategies. All 3 accounts funded with the same bank card . Two accounts did not work out and I lost most of my trading capital in 2 of the accounts. The 3rd account managed to rack up thousand of profits. Five months later, on July 1, my 3rd account’s trading privileges were disabled without any warnings. The 2 losing accounts are not disabled. I’m not able to put SL’s or close any of my open existing positions on the 3rd account. I have tried in vain to email or chat with them to find why my account is put in that position (disabled). I have also emailed them to close down my open positions since I cannot manage the risk on it. They have totally ignore and left my account exposed to risk. Apparently, they are not a non-dealer desk as advertised but they are trading against traders (or just being a bucket shop – hoping traders would lose). Consequently, they do not like winning accounts. This is a snapshot of my current account status: c852366113778472d8a0900625544f28.png. – Note the account abruptly was disabled without informing or responding to the client (me) on the status. Furthermore, customer support has not responded to the client. There’s outstanding case against on them on forex peace army at other sites.

  3. Peter Szabo says:

My name is Peter Szabo from Hungary, and I would like to tell a story about the FXVV Capial Markets Ltd. (Registered in New Zealand, address;Office No.3, 556 Cameron Road, Bay of Plenty, Taurangga 3112, New Zealand)

I opened an account in the FXVV Capital Markets LTD. this year, at the end of may. I sent 7000USD to my trading account via bank wire and before I open my 1st position I read again the terms and conditions and I saw, that If I win, FXVV does not pay out the profit before I haven’t trade 350 standard lots. I’ts too mutch to trade, so I haven’t opened position(s) and I wanted all my money back without trading. I sent a withdrawal request to the firm and waited. They (the FXVV) haven’t processed the withdrawal request more than 10 business days. I sent a letter about this case and we wanted to know what is the problem. They said nothing, no answers, no phone call, no live chat. I wrote a letter again and I said if they are not responding, I will go to the police to sue them, and I will go to the internet, and I will write down our case in lot of forums like forexfactory, forexpeacearmy and so an. 3 hours later I got a mail, that they said :” yes we send the money back to your bank account”. This was 15 business day ago, but the money is not in my bank account, and not on the trading account either.
I think 15 business day is enough for the money to arrive IF they said the true.
5 day ago I ask for a swift monitoring riport from the FXVV, because I want to see, that they are saying the true (they can proof with this, that the money is travelling now), but they have not sent it to me.
I’m not newbie in forex and I think this firm is a scam broker.
So this is the story, and now it’s high time to us to do something.
Firstly I sent this story to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, because I hope they can help me.
Secondly I wrote down this story about my case, beacause I think if we ( all the aggrived parties) make a group we can do something.

So, if you have any problem with FXVV, withdrawal or something, please send me a mail to my address and join me, together we can do something.
I want to find a lot of aggrieved people and let’s wind up this scam broker!

    Best Regards; Peter Szabo

  4. Thomas says:

Total Scam. I actually met with Adam Harris in Dubai last year. I cannot find him now. He and FXVV have STOLEN $30,000 of deposit and profit from myself and 3 other USA clients. Criminal complaints have been made.

  5. Moji says:

everything is invalid in a few days. my mt4 is not connected anymore.
    no phone. no emails.
    Just STAY AWAY!

    Here is the complete story.
Maybe it is too late for me but this may help others.
I used this broker 3 times. Once in 2012 and everything was alright. great conditions. highest leverage, fast execution, low spread and no requote. Support was very fast. Mostly Adam himself.
I found no bad reviews about fxvv at that time either. I never had any profits. Maybe. That was why.

I deposit some small sum in June and July, too.
Still had no issues except for deposit which took 1 day through Perfect money.

Just 2 days ago I decided to deposit once more and I didn’t check anything as I had used them before and now I notice I have no deposit in my account.

It is not a big amount just 100 $ but it is my hard-earned cash which I decided to use after improving my fx skills so I am very upset. I checked all the reviews and everything is suspicious!

None of their emails not working.
Adam not answering his email and phone in UAE is invalid
Now I guess I had no issue cuz they made me lose and as I was a loser I never asked for withdrawal.
I am now almost sure it is a total scam or totally out of business running away with people’s money.
But why is the website running? Why emoney sites still approve them?

  6. moji says:

It is more than scam. It is basically a fraudulent escaping as their scam nature is now known.
I guess I am one of the last ones who got robbed by ADAM HARRIS the owner.
I didnt check their current scam issue and I deposited money becuz I had used them before and I didnt notice anything!
It was my own fault maybe. But It was also becuz of perfect money letting them run their automatic deposit.

Anyway, stay away from it. There is no phone, no email, no chat to contact them.
Everything is shut down but there website is still on.
